Photos from the Forum in Inglewood, Calif. as Mexico City’s Juan Manuel Marquez (56-7-1, 40 KO’s) overcomes a spirited effort from Mike Alvarado to capture a unanimous decision victory by scores of 117-109 twice and 119-108 over 12 rounds.
Marquez dropped Alvarado with a hard right hand in the eighth and hit the deck himself one round later in a memorable pair of rounds.

Moments ago, inside of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, Manny Pacquiao captured a hard-fought unanimous decision victory over Tim Bradley.
The action was intense from the get-go, as the two men appeared to be trading rounds with one another through the first four frames.
Pacquiao had success with sharp lefts while Bradley countered by staying aggressive and getting in his foe’s chest. The action was hot and the crowd was caught up in all of the theatrics.
