As seen on a post by HuffingtonPost.com on Sunday, March 17, music superstar Beyonce continues to grab headlines, this time for her release of a new potential hit.

Taking to her personal SoundCloud account, as accompanied with a photo on Instagram, the 31-year old singer posted the anthem “Bow Down / I Been On” onto her page.

After the birth of her daughter Blue Ivy in February of last year, Beyonce had flown under the radar for quite a while. Slowly but surely, she has begun to creep back into the public’s imagination, from gracing the cover of GQ Magazine to her performance at this year’s Super Bowl in early February.

With her latest song, it appears that Beyonce has a chip on her shoulder and much to get off her chest.

“I took some time to live my life, but don’t think I’m just his little wife,” Beyonce sang, referencing her time away from recording. “Don’t get it twisted, get it twisted, this my sh*t, bow down b*tches.”

The song in produced by Hit-Boy, the man responsible for Beyonce’s husband Jay-Z and his collaborator Kanye West’s song “N*ggas in Paris”. Hit-Boy is a hot commodity at the moment, having also worked with Nicki Minaj and Justin Bieber in recent times.

“I know when you were little girls, you dreamed of being in my world,” Beyonce would also chime on the new tracks. “Don’t forget it, don’t forget it, respect that.”
