Moments ago from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada, former junior welterweight titlist Amir Khan produced one of his finest performances as a professional with a 12-round master class performance vs. the very tough Alexander.

Scores of 120-108, 119-109, and 118-110 were read in the British star’s favor, as Khan improves to 30-3 with 19 knockouts while Alexander drops to 26-3 with 14 early outs.

Khan was super sharp throughout the match, as he nullified Alexander’s southpaw attack with sharp punches and quick movements of hand and foot.

Shortly after the match, Khan issued a challenge to the game’s best fighter, five-division champion Floyd Mayweather.

“I believe I have earned my shot against Floyd Mayweather,” stated Khan.
