According to a report from TMZ.com on Tuesday, April 7, reality star Rob Kardashian appears to be in a little bit of legal trouble.

Kardashian, 26, has been charged with battery and petty theft after allegedly attacking a photographer in L.A. back in March and stealing her camera equipment.

According to the criminal complaint, Rob was charged with one count of each crime, both of them being misdemeanors.

TMZ.com originally broke the story, as the photographer had filed a robbery report following the altercation. The report claims that Rob took part of her camera at a West Hollywood gym, simply because she snapped some shirtless pictures of him.

The photographer has also sued Rob for robbery and assault.

Rob claims to have lashed out because the photographer trespassed onto private property to take the photos.

Kardashian has been flying a bit under the radar these days following his split with pop superstar Rita Ora, but these latest claims will surely see him grab some headlines.
