By all accounts, lightweight prospect Kenneth Sims Jr. (6-0, 2 KO’s) held his own and performed very well during his brief stint as a sparring partner for Manny Pacquiao ahead of the Filipino star’s May 2 decision loss to Floyd Mayweather.

There has been a never-ending list of views, opinions, and reports coming from Pacquiao’s side following his sixth professional loss, all of them revolving around the torn rotator cuff on his right shoulder.

Earlier today, budding lightweight prospect Kenneth Sims Jr. (5-0, 2 KO’s) confirmed an earlier report from Dan Rafael that he will be sparring with Manny Pacquiao ahead of the Filipino superstar’s pay per view clash with Floyd Mayweather on May 2.

“Just got the best call ever,” Sims stated on Facebook. “Feeling super blessed. Going to LA to be [one] of Manny Pacquiao’s main sparring partners for his fight against Floyd Mayweather.”
