On Saturday, June 15, reality star Kim Kardashian officially gave birth to her first child, a baby girl, according to a report from TMZ.com.

Sources close to the site revealed that Kardashian went through a natural child birth, as she started having contractions on Friday night before going into full labor early Saturday.

The birth reportedly took place at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles.

Kim is said to be doing fine despite giving birth five weeks early. Her boyfriend Kanye West is surely in good spirits and he even dropped hints that a birth may be on the way after cancelling an appearance at a personal record release party for his album “Yeezus”.

This is actually an early Father’s Day gift for West, who is eyeing an official Tuesday release on his latest album.

Kim had dropped hints in the past that she didn’t want cameras to be in the delivery room during the birth of her child and she and West are reportedly against selling any photos to the media despite the hefty price tag they would surely request.
