Facing off with Chris Algieri on Saturday night (American time), eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao was sharp, scoring six knockdowns throughout the one-sided fight as he marched towards his 57th victory by way of a unanimous decision.

Performing inside of the Venetian Resort’s Cotai Arena in Macau, China, Pacquiao drew a lot of support from those visiting from his native Philippines and seems content with his effort.

Speaking exclusively with Radio Rahim afterwards, Pacquiao shared his view.

“I’m satisfied with my performance tonight,” said Pacquiao, who scored six knockdowns against his younger foe.

“I’m so happy [because of] the support,” Pacquiao added, referencing his people.

When asked if he feels that perennial pound for pound king and rival Floyd Mayweather is avoiding a fight with him, Pacquiao wouldn’t fully commit to an answer but dropped a hint.

“It’s kind of like that,” said Pacquiao.
