Deontay Wilder and Tyson Fury face off on Saturday night
By Chris Robinson
On Saturday night, February 22, WBC heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder and former lineal heavyweight champion Tyson Fury will again meet inside of the squared circle.
Wilder (42-0-1, 41 KO’s) and Fury (29-0-1, 20 KO’s) will square off inside of the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, NV, in a joint pay per view being distributed by FOX and ESPN. It’s perhaps the biggest fight of the year and one of the biggest heavyweight fights in years.
The two men fought to a split-draw in December of 2018, and you can tell each man is itching to settle to score. At Wednesday’s final presser, Wilder and Fury came face to face again, almost coming to blows even, after getting up close and personal with one another.
The two men are banned from facing off at the weigh-in due to Wednesday’s altercation. Check out the video for a closer look.
