It’s been good to see Deontay Wilder so energetic and focused in Saudi Arabia these past few days.
This coming Saturday, Dec. 23, Wilder will face off with former WBO champion Joseph Parker, as the co-headliner of a historic night of boxing inside of the Kingdom Arena in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, titled “Day of Reckoning”.
The match will air on DAZN PPV and features one of the most stacked cards in recent memory.
The fight is headlined by former champion Anthony Joshua against Otto Wallin, and also includes Daniel Dubois vs. Jarrell Miller, and appearances from WBA light heavyweight champion Dmitry Bivol, former IBF cruiserweight champion Jai Opetaia, and some quality heavyweight prospects.
And despite all those names, Wilder still turns so many heads and draws so much attention due to his engaging personality and charisma.
His matchup with Parker is an interesting one, and could lead to a showdown with Joshua next.
