There’s always a special kind of buzz in the air when something new hits the boxing circuit out here in Vegas.

Such has been the case with the recently opened City Athletic Boxing Club in Las Vegas.

Ran by passionate owner and former fighter Arman Van Damme, the gym has already received great praise from the likes of junior welterweight champion Jessie Vargas as well as former champions Wayne McCullough and Mike McCallum.

The facility has also played host to some nice talent in the city, including Cameroon’s Stephane Malenou, undefeated Will Clemons, and razor sharp lightweight contender Lydell Rhodes.
