According to a surprising report from MediaTakeOut.com on Tuesday, Feb. 19, it looks like music star Chris Brown is prepared to propose to Rihanna on her birthday in Hawaii, as she turns 25 years old on Wednesday.

Also said to be in Hawaii with the couple are Rihanna’s mother and father, plenty of her friends and cousins, and Chris’ mother as well.

According to a source, Chris has already asked Rihanna’s parents for their permission to propose and they gladly accepted. Chris also is said to have a 10 Carat diamond ring worth an estimated $3.5 million.

As for Rihanna, she apparently has no idea whatsoever that Chris is set to propose, so it will surely be a huge surprise to her.

The two stars have been on a wild ride dating back to this past October when they were seen together in New York. As the month passed, Chris and Rihanna become more public with their affection, as evidenced by appearances on Christmas Day at the Lakers-Knicks game in Los Angeles and more recently at the 55th Annual Grammy Awards.
