On the first Friday of every month, Johnny Tocco’s Boxing Gym in Las Vegas will play host to exhibition sparring matches between some of the rising faces in the city.

The renown gym is still going, as evidenced by their crop of talent that showed up for the inagural session in early November.

Led by confident amateur Jeremy ‘J Flash’ Nichols, the gym offered up a lively atmosphere on their kickoff day and this appears just to be the beginning.

“We’re trying to get Tocco’s back on the map,” gym manager and trainer Luis Monda stated recently. The eventual plan will be to have monthly sessions where some of the best prospects in the city converge to show their skills.
