On Saturday night, May 7, former IBF middleweight champion David Lemieux bounced back into the winning column with a dominating 4th round TKO over Glen Tapia inside of the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nev.

The bout took place on the undercard of Canelo Alvarez’s crushing sixth round knockout over Amir Khan.

Lemieux had more big-stage experience than Tapia and was the sharper, more powerful fight on Saturday. With the win, Lemieux moves to 35-3 with 32 knockouts while Tapia falls to 23-3 with 15 KO’s.
