Yesterday afternoon, Twitter caught a mild fire when it was reported that a welterweight clash between former champions Shawn Porter and Adrien Broner may be in the works.

The two men know each other very well from their amateur days in Ohio and it seems to be a great clash of styles given Porter’s calculated aggression and Broner’s overall skill set and pedigree.

Shortly after talk of the fight began to build, we caught up with Porter to get his thoughts on the match, whether it should take place in Las Vegas or Ohio, and what gives him the edge in the matchup.
