Floyd Mayweather is still less than two weeks removed from his official retirement, as the Grand Rapids native insists he is done with the sport of boxing following his 49th professional victory over Andre Berto on Sep. 12 in Las Vegas.
Mayweather bested Berto over 12 rounds, capturing a unanimous decision by scores of 120-108, 118-1110, and 117-111 inside of the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Now 49-0 as a professional with 26 knockouts behind him, Mayweather closed the final bout of his six-fight deal with SHOWTIME by defeating Berto and he presently has no obligations to get back into the ring.
And while there are many who speculate that Mayweather will return to go for the coveted win number 50, the 38-year old has been adamant that his fighting days are over.
Mayweather is still active, mind you, as he has been keeping a close eye on all the action taking place within the doors of his personal gym, the Mayweather Boxing Club.
Hustle Boss recently got exclusive access to the gym and captured some personal moments as Mayweather oversaw some intense sparring taking place. Check out the clips for more and stay tuned for more updates.
