When Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao came face to face in Miami last night during the Bucks-Heat game, the world was set ablaze with curiosity, chatter, and hope.

For the past five years, the two prize fighters have intrigued the boxing world and the general public with the possibility of a dream fight taking place, but seeing Mayweather and Pacquiao speaking to one another was definitely a positive sign to many.

But not everyone is as taken aback by the news.

Speaking with world-class trainer Jeff Mayweather about the incident, he really couldn’t get too excited.

“Two guys talking, that’s all,” Mayweather said shortly before his first round of sessions began inside of the Mayweather Boxing Club in Las Vegas.

“I really have no idea,” he added. “It looked pleasant to me.”

What Jeff does feel, is that the fight has been talked about so much that people are beginning to create their own version of what is really taking place behind the scenes.

“The thing is that, to me, I think it’s just a situation where everyb0dy is making up their own spin on what is going to happen and the reality is that at the end of the day, nobody is going to know nothing until they announce it,” Mayweather said.
