Finally, the fight the world has been waiting for is upon us.

Floyd Mayweather will face off with rival Manny Pacquiao on May 2 from the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The sport’s perennial pound for pound king took to his personal shots page on Friday night to announce the news, stating the following.

“What the world has been waiting for has arrived. Mayweather vs. Pacquiao on May 2, 2015, is a done deal. I promised the fans we would get this done, and we did. We will make history on May 2nd. Don’t miss it!”

Shortly after word spread, we caught up with Mayweather’s Uncle and co-trainer Roger, who instantly took some shots at his nephew’s Filipino foe.

“He’s going to get his ass whooped,” Roger declared. “Pacquiao can’t fight a motherf*cking lick anyways. He’s going to get his motherf*cking ass damn near killed.”

It was just another day at the office for Roger, Pacquiao fight or not.

“I aint going to worry about him being focused,” said Roger of Floyd in regards to the forthcoming training camp.

“He’s going to stop Pacquiao anyways,” Roger added.
