On Tuesday, Mar. 29, Damien “Sugar” Vasquez took to his personal Facebook Page to update his fans with some news.

As reported by Hustle Boss earlier this month, Vasquez will be facing off with tough veteran Lorenzo Trejo on May 7 in Longmont, Color. in a stacked card. Vasquez (8-0, 3 KO’s) captued the NABF junior flyweight belt in just his sixth pro bout and will be putting his strap on the line against Trejo (35-31-1, 22 KO’s) in a matchup that has been long overdue.

“Fans and supporters it’s showtime! Check it out!” Vasquez stated, as he posted the poster, which shows both him and Trejo in respective pictures.

The event is being presented by MGM Promotions in association with Golden Boy Promotions, and fans in attendance will be able to check out seven live fights, as well as the Canelo Alvarez vs. Amir Khan pay per view bout that is being televised the same evening.
