News from London as the always brash but never dull Ohara Davies has improved to 4-0 with a 1st round blitzing of Oszkar Fido inside of York Hall in Bethnal Green, London.

Davies is a talkative one, that’s for sure, but he’s never disappointed in the ring to date. Whether we are discussing his stellar but brief success as an amateur, his many voyages to Las Vegas where he shined during sparring sessions around town, or his recent eye-openers as a pro, the kid is one to watch.

It was a big right hand from Davies that finished the job and it was a shot that was definitely thrown with conviction.

On Nov. 29, WBO lightweight champion Terence Crawford easily handled rugged former title challenger Ray Beltran over 12 rounds. Showing great movement and the ability to switch from lefty to righty throughout the night, Crawford was simply a few steps ahead of his courageous opponent, winning by scores of 120-108 and 119-109 twice.
